Hi all , Just an update on Albert’s cottage. We are currently refurbishing the downstairs rooms at Albert’s , The kitchen is being replaced with new units , worktops , oven ,induction hob and a new addition, a dishwasher 👌. The bathroom is getting a walk in shower (bath gone), Also a new wood burning stove is being installed . But the big thing for us energy wise is downstairs is getting wall insulation installed in the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. So hopefully keeping the
